We are looking for more Randy's. Whos’s Randy? He’s a hardworking family man that works hard, works smart and is rewarded for his efforts. He’s continually improving and never is afraid to get into tight attic spots or makes excuses for himself.

Description

- Capability and knowledge of adding/replacing duct work, duct sealing, blowing and repairing insulation and minor repairs HVAC system installation preferred but not required

- Must be willing to work in hot attics and small areas insulating duct work and air sealing

- Good work ethic: arriving on time, following instruction, maintaining clean and safe jobsite

- Reliable car (no bus) with AZ Driver's License

- Attic and HVAC experience preferred

- Roofing, framing, painting and insulation experience is also good
