Permaculture Gardener / Regenerative Farmer

Rose Los Angeles is seeking a full-time farmer to help build/develop a permaculture garden in Nevada County. Rose makes premium edibles, called Rose Delights, using fresh in-season produce and pressed cannabis rosin. Our ingredients are sourced from sustainable farms and processed by hand. The Rose Delights recipes are created collaboratively with chefs from around the world, most recently, Virgilio Martinez, Enrique Olvera and Dominique Crenn. The result is a completely unique edible experience.

In building our own farm, Rose will bring the same commitment to quality and sustainability that goes into each box of Delights. We are looking for a new team member to join in this effort. Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of permaculture gardening work history, plus experience with cannabis plants. Daily tasks will vary seasonally, but will include all aspects of the cultivation process and maintenance of farm structures/equipment. We are a very small team and are looking for someone who is comfortable wearing many hats.
