Accounting Clerk / AR

We are looking for a helpful, friendly, professional Accounting Clerk for our small, busy office in Camarillo. Experience in shipping, manufacturing, or construction accounting helpful. Degree in Accounting not mandatory. Ability to multi-task with great attention to detail highly regarded. A pleasant demeanor, a can-do attitude, and a professional work ethic sought after. Must be able to maintain financial confidentiality.

Experience in the following:

3+ years (QuickBooks Enterprise experience very helpful)

Full Microsoft Office Suite

Proficient in Excel

At least 3 years A/P, A/R experience
