Workday Reporting Analyst

Job Description - Workday Reporting AnalystResponsibilities:

• Enable the implementation of Workday as the new Core HCM solution through the development of reports critical for go-live.
• Review report inventory and requirements then build reports leveraging core Workday functionality.
• Test and troubleshoot issues pertaining to data and security.
• Utilize Workday functionality to enhance user experience.
• Use conceptual understanding and critical thinking to determine duplicative requests

• Must have extensive experience with Workday reporting- building, testing reports
• Must have advanced knowledge of calculated fields
• Must have advanced knowledge of Workday Security
• Must be able to understand how it works, in order to correct data sources and business objects within Workday
• Needs to be able to translate business requirement into solutions
• Must be able to ask relevant questions/communicate effectively
• Must be able to effectively articulate issues to make changes
• Must have extensive knowledge on how to build out reports
