Our client is a best-in-class Social Media Team with a great opening for a Program Manager. This candidate will be implementing a strategic framework that is new to the team and needed. There is a lot of variety and you re helping solidify the pipeline for a fast-moving team. Typical task breakdown:
- Participating in meetings
- Documenting deliverables and deadlines
- Creating calendars
- Ensuring deliverables are routed for approval
- Working with internal team to create workback calendars
- 4-5+ years of professional experience
- Social Media Marketing PM experience required
- Experience tracking multiple projects across a variety of internal teams and external agencies
- 4-5 years of experience with creative assets and LIVE event management support
- Experience with internal teams and agencies in the Social Media space
- Microsoft Office and Teams skills
- Experience autonomously managing multiple projects in the social media space
- Ability to manage internal projects with external agency partners
- Knowledge of Sprout and Sprinklr
- Master s degree and/or PMI certification
