Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager: - Manage large and/or complex client projects from end-to-end
- Lead the planning, design, implementation, and testing of complex projects
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery
- Closely monitor budget to ensure on or under target delivery
Requirements of the Senior Project Manager: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related
- At least 10 years of progressive PM experience
- At least 6 years of experience managing complex projects in a client-facing environment
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally
- Strategic problem solver with excellent follow through to ensure client success
- Ability to be empathetic yet firm with challenging customers
