Cross-Functional Infrastructure Architect Location: West Coast, USA (as this is where the majority of the work is currently focused) Immediate Start Contract and FTE Architect Role: High-level cross-functional architect that works with all of our architects and SMEs to pull together the framework so they can be the primary point of contact as the M&As ramp-up Tasks/Required Skillset:

• Develop a structured, repeatable integration process that is flexible enough for future acquisitions.
• Carry out Risk Analysis and Dependency analysis to highlight Potential Risks and communicate them effectively to ensure teams can accept/resolve.
• Have a clear understanding of how IT can support the future state vision post-integration in alignment with our current Global Support model.
• Proactively share M&A knowledge, experience, and expertise with more junior or inexperienced team members.
• Drive process improvement within our acquisitions playbook and associated documentation sets, applying lessons learned and best practices as part of project retrospective
• Develop standard communication plan and associated templates to ensure technical integration activities are easily understood and consumed by out internal teams
• Promote standard, repeatable processes that ensure integration project timelines are consistently achieved.
• Responsible for complete infrastructure design, systems analysis, security, data center, network & voice communication. Working closely with building architect or firm.
• Communicates and validates architecture with infrastructure team, project management team, and technology owners.
• Develops and implements enterprise standards working with functional owners.
• Provides technical leadership to project teams and helps define deliverables
• Need someone who's well-rounded across varying IT infrastructure areas and would ideally have a lot of experience with M&A integration projects.
• A team player that others want to work with who has the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate across varying IT infrastructure teams.
