Chicora is a Long Term Rental Management company that is now hiring a full time Maintenance Coordinator.
The employee must be dedicated, self-motivated, and detail oriented. Being a team player is necessary for this position. The job duties include but are not limited to:
Coordinate a high volume of maintenance requests.
Troubleshoot issues with tenants and decide what course of action to take.
Contact vendors, receive invoices/estimates.
Contact owners for approval of repairs.
Coordinate work orders with tenants and vendors.
Follow up with tenants & vendors to ensure all work is performed and issues are resolved.
Help with basic office functions such as answering phones.
Perform inspections of properties and create report. Move-In's, Move-Out's and walkthroughs.
This person must be able to multitask, communicate professionally through phone or email, and stay organized through day to day tasks.
