The anchor of the back of house! Welcome to Casa Del Barco. The Day Cleaner/ Dishwasher position is essential to the success of ALL departments. Day Cleaner/Dishwashers will be responsible for cleaning, washing, and organizing dishes before, during, and after shifts. Must follow the highest level of food safety and sanitation requirements. Many of our Line Cooks started as Dishwashers and moved their way up! You may be asked to assist in prepping food from time to time. We value this position greatly, after all, if we don't have clean dishes we cannot serve our guests and help them "Celebrate Life One Bite At a Time", our mission! Because we do value this position greatly, we offer a starting hourly wage of $12.00- $18.00 plus gratuity share. We offer training.

High level of professionalism

A desire to help out where needed and work as part of a team

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work in a variety of shifts

Ability to stand and stay focused and alert for extended periods of time

Excellent oral communication and listening skills

Ability to follow directions

Ability to work quickly and calmly
