: Hadoop/Informatica Technical LeadLocation : Detroit, MIDuration : Long TermDescription :The Hadoop / Informatica Technical Lead must have prior hands-on (MUST) experience delivering/leading successful data warehousing projects (Informatica) as well as broad background and experience with IT application development (Hadoop). This individual is responsible for working with other teams to deliver the artifacts and the code. This person must have strong professional consulting skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization.REQUIRED EXPERTISE IN TOOLS & TECHNOLOGIES:- Must have hands on Hadoop Lead Experience
- Informatica 9.x and above (MUST)
- Informatica PowerCenter (MUST)
- Informatica Data Quality (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
- Big Data Hadoop Eco-system (preferably Cloudera distribution) (MUST)
- Hadoop HDFS / Pig / Spark / Oozie
- Strong Python, Scala experience
- NoSQL Databases - Hive /Impala/MongoDB/Cassandra
- Oracle 10g and above (MUST)
- Unix Shell Scripting - AIX or Linux (MUST)
- Experience in any of Scheduling Tools - Tivoli, Autosys, Ctrl-M
- More than 3 years of experience as a Senior ETL Developer
- More than 5 years experience as ETL Developer using Informatica and Oracle 10g/11g to implement data warehousing projects
- Working knowledge of Informatica Data Quality is preferred
- More than 2 years of experience in leading/designing Informatica /Hadoop projects
- Excellent understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Candidate should be able to clearly communicate fundamental concepts during the interview and demonstrate previous experience in all aspects.
- MUST HAVE strong SQL skills in Oracle 10g/11g
- Experience in Oracle database programming using Partitioning, Materialized View and OLAP
- Experience in tuning Oracle queries/processes and performance management tools
- Strong data modeling skills (normalized and multidimensional)
- Strong business and communication skills
- Knowledge of Health Care Insurance Payer Data Warehousing Preferred
- Preferred Certifications:
- Cloudera (CCP / CCA)
