If so, we have the job for you.We are looking for someone who is passionate about the management of cybersecurity, want to contribute to the security of the U.S. economy, understanding the importance of customer empathy and can keep a smile on their face while working on multiple tasks, analyzing complex processes and resolve issues with minimal direction.The IT Security Operations Analyst will work with a small team to provide a great customer service experience for the Supervision and Regulation Business line.What will you do?

  • Provision access, and validate access on a periodic basis
  • Review requests to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Ensure users are eligible to access S&R information
  • Research and resolve issues
  • Work with customers and technical teams to resolve problems with requests
  • Ensure requests are completed within the SLA
  • Report on metrics and data analysis, this could include budgetary reporting to ensure the larger team stays within the budget
  • Run SQL scripts
  • Create and maintain user guides, technical training documents, and presentations
  • Provide application testing assistance and Identify opportunities for improvement
What do you need?
  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Systems Analysis, or related work experience
  • 2 years of information security related experience in areas such as: security operations, testing, and/or system or security administration
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills and the ability to learn/adapt quickly
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn, adapt quickly and pay attention to details
What is desirable?
  • At least 2 years provisioning users in Active Directory, or another LDAP system
  • Proficiency using Microsoft SQL
  • Experience with collaboration tools like SharePoint, Teams, Slack, etc
  • Knowledge of software architecture
  • Familiarity with Information Security practices or FISMA
  • Creating automated scripts (PowerShell or Python)
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Technical writing background
  • Certified in one or more of the following:
  • GIAC Information Security Fundamentals (GISF)NP
  • CompTIA Security (CS )
  • EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ESCA)
  • Knowledge of the Federal Reserve System
  • Familiarity with human-centered design principals
  • Prior user experience/user design experience
