Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Inspections
Requirements: Ability to take quality photos, accurately measure homes, have reliable transportation and High-speed internet. Must be able to pass a background check. Experience is preferred but not required.
Tools: Camera with a minimum of a 20X zoom/GPS capable (smart phone with GPS Location), Camera pole that extends to 20ft, 12-inch measuring wheel, Safety vest, windows-based computer, and printer.
Pay: Ranging from $8.00 - $40.00 per inspection (commercial up to $200), with the average being $8-$10 for photo only and $13-$15 for photo with exterior measurement. Pay dates usually falling on the 15th and 30th of each month depending on weekends and holidays. Direct Deposit Required.
Hours: You make your own schedule. Part time to full time work is available based on area. Average work load in this area will vary.
Coverage Area: We need inspectors in your local area and have recently expanded to other states. Travel work is available upon request.
