Motor Carrier in business for 25+ years, looking for energetic individual for recruiting and dispatch department.

Responsibilities will include:

Recruiting and managing CDL Class -A Truck Drivers

Ability to work with various custom transportation programs.

Logistical scheduling

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Previous transportation experience required

Ensure customer satisfaction through communication with the customer, staff and fellow workers

Prompt and timely follow-ups

Must be able to utilize good judgment and be solution orientated

Excellent customer service skills, the ability to function well under pressure and make quick decisions while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times

Multitasking skills

Job Requirements:

This position is a full-time position

You must be quite capable with various computer skills

Must have excellent phone skills

Must have a strong attention to detail with documentation
