This is an outside on location position during the work shift

Responsibilities for Sales Manager:

Set short and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs

Find creative ways to funnel volume and drive sales

Recruit, hire, and train sales team

Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them

Develop individual goals and assign timeline of completion for team members

Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts

Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members

Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment

Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead a team to meet store goals

Excellent leadership skills

Experience setting sales goals
