Job Description: Full-time Pack and Ship Clerk
Reports to: John Bardino - Owner
Location: Clifton Park
Milton Pack and Ship and Mail Center are locally-owned retail shipping stores with an aim to provide the best customer service and convenience to our customers, regardless of their preferred shipper. In addition to retail shipping services, we also provide freight, printing, greeting cards, lamination, packing supplies, and much more.
The responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative include but are not limited to:
Answering customer phone calls
Operating point of sale
Packing and shipping customer orders
Answering customer questions in regards to USPS, FedEx, DHL or UPS services
Store maintenance (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, changing garbage, etc)
Overseeing store inventory, placing and checking in store product orders
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word (preferred)
Clerical duties including filing, mailing, faxing, etc.
ON SITE TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
Schedule:
11am – 6pm Monday - Friday
9am – 4pm Saturday
Off - Sunday
Education:
High School Diploma (preferred)

One location – Mail Center, Clifton Park
