Coiling Operator will train Must have good work ethics
Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm (some overtime when busy)
$12.50 hour to start (temp to perm)
Ensure that the product is manufactured and inspected to the instructions from the set-up person and other duties as assigned.
Use of gauges and measuring devices to verify product conformity.
Make adjustments as per set-up person
Assume responsibility for quality throughout the entire mfg. process. Communicate any issues
Understand and maintain all production documentation, blueprints, etc
Skills/Knowledge:
Basic Math/Writing
Spring coiler operations
Use of Linear measurement devices
Use of Load testing equipment
Use of optical and digital comparators
Basic SPC applications
