Yakima Valley Farm Workers is currently looking for an experienced ABA Assistant to provide services for children on the Autism Spectrum at our Children's Village location in Yakima, WA.What You'll Do:Provide ABA services, implementing individual treatment plans to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst.

Deliver services to children displaying challenging and/or aggressive behaviors within the home, school or community settings.

What We're Looking for:A detail oriented candidate who can deliver direct service of behavior interventions and collect necessary data.

A good communicator who can engage with parents and/or teachers to implement behavior intervention protocols

A calm professional who can respond positively to challenging behaviors within multiple settings.

An independent worker who can prioritize daily tasks.

Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred.

What You'll Need:Education: Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Developmental Psychology, Special Education or other related degrees.

Experience: One year of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or developmental disabilities.

Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Application for Certified Behavior Technician within one week of completing the 40 hours of required supervision/training by a BCBA/LBA. Current Washington State driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage; and a current First Aid/CPR card, or obtained within 45 days of hire. Trained in Right Response. NOTE: FBI fingerprints required, can be obtained within 45 days of hire.
