Entry/Experienced Service Writer Position Independent Automotive Shop

We are looking for a motivated person who is interested in a career in the automotive field as an entry level service writer. Must have basic automotive knowledge. Someone who is interested in constant learning and increasing their skills is desired. We are willing to train the right person for the position if needed.

The main duties will be entry level service writing which will require a professional appearance and strong people skills both in person and over the phone. Good basic computer skills will be a strong plus. Legible handwriting, good spelling and grammar are important. Position will include the duties of greeting customers, writing up service orders/quotes, entering the information into the management system, looking up labor operations, looking up and ordering parts, shuttling customers or picking up parts as needed. Other duties may entail filing, organizing, and strong communication with team on the repair process. Previous experience with AllData Repair is a plus.

Must have a clean driving record with a valid driver's license. We ask that you have your 39-month driving report at the time of the interview. You may find this at www.servicearizona.com. Cost is $3.
