Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY- This position requires focus on developing long-term relationships with an assigned series of clients as well as new customers. This position is one of the first interactions that customers have with M3T Corporation. This role coordinates between the customer and M3T’s internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to the customer’s needs. This role is focused in Pennsylvania and Maryland.

HOURS & PAY PERIOD- M-F 8am – 5pm or as needed to achieve company objectives and fulfill client needs. Salary/Exempt position - pay period: Bi-weekly.

REPORTING STRUCTURE- This position reports to: The Estimating & Account Manager Teams Supervisor. Reporting to this position are: None

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILTIES –

  • Increase revenue by finding new accounts and growing the assigned series of customers.
  • Completes surveys and proposal/designs for customers and present to customer.
  • Identifies accounts where revenues may be shrinking and formulates strategies to retain the customers.
  • Communicate with leadership and marketing to find out ways to retain and increase customers.
  • Make business objectives by identifying products and pricing that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct investigations on any disputes with customers upon request, i.e. billing.
  • Gather market information to create offers that will boost the company margins and beat competitors.
  • Monitor performance keeping the budget in mind and suggest measures to maintain profits.
  • Strive to achieve revenue goals set each year by leadership.

Qualifications

TRAINING/EDUCATION EXPECTATIONS:

  • 5 Years of Security Industry Experience
  • 2 Years Project Management Experience and/or 1 Year Field Experience
  • Expertise in Healthcare, Higher Education, and/or K-12 Education
  • Fluent experience in the following areas:
    • Access Control / CCTV / Power Door / Gates / Intercom / Physical (Environmental) Security / Security Architecture and Design
  • Possess fluent knowledge of office technology platforms
  • Strong Innovative, Motivational, and Proactive Personality
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Must be able to prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
  • Knowledge/Capability to manage customer needs
