job summary:The Data Engineer's role is to design and develop software and computer systems. This person implements designs by writing computer programs, updating and troubleshooting or repairing existing programs to optimize operational efficiency. This role is also responsible for helping to develop and implement future technology roadmap initiatives. location: Mableton, GA, Georgiajob type: Contractsalary: $45 - 60 per hourwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, maintain, and support dataset in support of BI dashboards and analytics
  • Build queries and views to facilitate delivery of data to stakeholders
  • Interact with business users and business analyst to understand the data and business requirements
  • Document data definitions and queries, explaining what they do
  • Effectively communicate/collaborate with a team to achieve results
  • Develop a strong understanding of the data to enable more rapid development using Python, SSIS, and .Net framework
  • Debug programs and dashboard issues and support the business operations in tier 2 / tier 3 capacity
qualifications:
  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Education: Bachelors (required)
skills:
  • Data Engineer (1 year of experience is required)
  • SQL (1 year of experience is required)
  • Python (1 year of experience is required)
  • Google Cloud Platform (1 year of experience is preferred)
