- Current experience performing software installation and troubleshooting
- Recent support of the most recent Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience imaging computers and physically setting up computers/monitors
- Current experience using remote assistance tools such as Quick Assist or GoToAssit
- Possesses user friendly customer service skills
- Experience with Absolute Computrace
- Experience with hard drive encryption tools such as Bitlocker
