Program Manager to perform a combination of procurement contract, performance, relationship, and risk management responsibilities. Author all types of contracts, RFP, RFQ and perform technical contract reviews that ensure optimal competitive advantage to the Agency. Understand contractual and operational working relationships with IT vendors to ensure that contractual commitments are delivered.   • Under the guidance of the Vendor Management Office (VMO) Administrator, manage the entire contract lifecycle – setup, negotiation and award, monitor, and close. Maintain up-to-date contract templates.
