  • Provide manufacturing engineering support to the 3xLOGIC, PACOM, and Sonitrol manufacturing operation.
  • Develop and implement Engineering Change Control process and documentation on a product, not a facility basis.
  • Develop and document production work instructions for assembled products.
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize operator utilization and product flow.
  • Identify, develop, and implement manufacturing process improvements.
  • Identify and implement productivity improvement projects.
  • Maintain, update, and test all assembly test protocols and testing equipment
  • Maintain, update, test, and implement (promote) all software/firmware images for produced products based on engineering software releases.
  • Maintain production software image server supporting daily production.
  • Evaluate products based on specifications and quality standards.
  • Research, specify, and test component part specifications for End of Life components
  • Perform capital equipment justification.
  • Develop and maintain process work instructions and product routings.
  • Equipment maintenance, and Environmental, Health, and Safety projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Discipline
  • 3+ year's experience in an electronics manufacturing facility
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of global compliance requirements for UL and other certifications including certification testing process and change control process
  • Knowledge of cutting, machining, and other metal fabrication processes.
  • Knowledge of electronic component manufacturing
  • Experience in electronics production version control and release management.
  • Experience in writing test scripts.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • SAP knowledge and NetSuite knowledge a plus.
  • Project Management experience and understanding.
  • Excellent team and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, environment.
