Join the Korry team and find out why this is such a great place to spend your career!What You Will Do:As our Senior Returns Administrator, you will be the principal contract for customers who have parts coming in for repair or upgrade. You'll process orders, keep tabs on the timeline, and record quote and pricing information to our customers.

Act as the liaison between Korry and our customers

Review all documentation for accuracy and export compliance

Verify purchase and repair orders to be sure that regulatory requirements are met and that customer requests can be fulfilled

Quote prices to our customers

Make certain that orders are entered in compliance with customers product support agreements

Maintain accurate records

Interpret contractual requirements and work with our customers and other departments to resolve customer order problems and contractual issues

What You Must Have:

High school diploma or equivalent

At least one year of customer service excellence

Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work Monday - Friday, 7AM to 3:30 PM

Composure under pressure

Previous experience with FAA Part 145 repair administration is preferred but not required

You must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident of the United States
