We design and deliver the highest level of Fun, Food and Fitness to the world's premier cybersecurity superheroes, including a full food service and fitness center program at our global headquarters. We also work with multiple departments and employee network groups across the company creating and deploying programs that keep our employee base engaged and excited.

Your role in our valiant quest to stop cyber bad actors is to partner with leaders across the entire organization of Palo Alto Networks’ Santa Clara HQ facilities to create a fun, engaging environment for your fellow superheroes, making this an amazing place to work!

This highly visible position will have oversight of day-to-day operations for our onsite food services, fitness centers, event catering, office supplies, and others as PANW continues to scale. You’ll engage the teams with fun and meaningful content over social media as well as on-site events that are designed to excite and delight, creating an inclusive community that makes everyone feel like they belong. Your Impact

  • Create a memorable flexible experience for all employees no matter where they choose to work

  • Drive innovative ideas to help our team be best in class at all times

  • Create digital and on-site experiences that will continue to engage our community

  • Form strong partnerships with service providers for best in class services

  • Work closely with Procurement Sourcing on vendor contracts to achieve cost efficiency by maximizing utilization of suppliers and preferred vendors/contractors

  • Prepare annual capital and operating expense budgets for Workplace programs and services including management of monthly and quarterly forecasting, expense approvals, accruals, and reconciliations

  • Work closely with FP&A partners to manage forecasts and budgets monthly

  • Review of P&L from vendors to ensure budget efficiency and expense tracking.

  • Leverage latest technology to gather metrics, while benchmarking against other companies in the industry for best practices

  • Develop and manage a strategic plan to scale Places business programs and services

  • You are able to collaborate with multiple departments and execute tasks/projects with precision and integrity

  • You are able to manage multiple projects and vendors across multiple geographies to get the job done, on time and on budget

  • You are a Places ambassador who makes each person that they meet feel heard, equal and unique

  • Strong analytical skills for reporting, cost analyses, and planning strategies

  • Understanding of overall Facilities and Real Estate to advise on financial matters, facility upgrades and staff management

  • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills

  • Extensive contracts negotiation experience

  • Possess technical skills with the following: ServiceNow, G-suite, Slack, Canva, Lumapps etc
