Our client, a growing specialized health service provider, is looking for a contract to hire Technical Support Specialist to join its Northern Bay Area, team.

Responsibilities
  • On-boarding of all new hires by preparing and shipping equipment and conducting new hire orientation
  • Create users email account in Office365 (add, modify mail account creation, distribution groups)
  • Deliver support for reported problems with desktop computers, laptops, peripherals and mobile devices
  • Install and configure desktop computer hardware, software and peripherals that may include working with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issue
  • Support A/V for office meetings in person and remote using Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • Printer/Copier troubleshooting
  • Mid-level Wi-Fi/Network support-Cisco Meraki gear
  • Mobile Device Management and encryption for laptops and tablets and personal devices.
  • Atlassian Jira Ticketing system

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting end users
  • Working experience with O365
  • Imaging software and internet browsers
  • Network and connectivity troubleshooting experience
  • Experience supporting Windows
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory
  • 25% travel required between offices in South Bay
