Accounts Payable

TPO HR Management is recruiting for Stocker & Allaire. Their projects have included restoration of some of the wonderful old Pebble Beach estates, construction of custom homes on some very difficult and interesting sites, and fabrication of all the exhibits at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The common thread in all of their projects is working closely with their clients to identify their needs, and then working with them to see that these needs are met.

Stoker & Allaire seeks an experienced individual who has at least three (3) years’ experience working in an Accounts Payable position and has the ability to efficiently and accurately process payments for vendor invoices.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

 Solid understanding of Accounts Payable duties

 Strong written and verbal communication skills

 Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize work

 Proficient in data entry

 Knowledge of General Accounting Procedures

 Ability to work independently and take the initiative, set priorities and see projects to completion
