Maintenance Techs needed for apartment communities throughout Cathedral City.

These are full time permanent positions for the right candidate. Candidates must have minimum 1 year of building maintenance and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall and locks and keys. Your day to day includes grounds keeping. To be qualified all candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check, must have reliable transportation, and must be able to start immediately.
