MDM Engineer

We are looking for a MDM Engineer - Location: Dover, NH - Position Type 6+ Months Contract Position. Job Title: MDM Engineer Location: Post Covid Dover, NH Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, mathematics, computer science, computer engineering or similar business or computer science related field plus 10+ years data engineering and analytics projects
• Broad experience in data and analytics as well as information architectures specifically
• 8+ years in data management, master data management and data integration experience including physical and logical data modeling
• 4+ years experience in an MDM tools such as Informatica
• 4+ years experience in data integration technologies and design patterns, including 2+ years experience in AWS and / or Azure
• Strong RDBMS Experience with MySQL, Oracle Postgress
• Should have a good knowledge on Java / aws Serverless, CDK, Node / Typescript
• Nice to have a DynamoDB
• Prior experience in data governance implementations a plus
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and document policies and procedures surrounding Data Governance
• Develop best practices, standards, and methodologies to assist in the implementation and execution of Data Governance
• Lead and Train the Jr Developers
• Determine the rules and workflows that define and monitor the process of creating, modifying, storing and deleting data for the Master Data Solution and audit data to ensure it is in accordance with the Master Data Governance program
• Develop management dashboards and KPIs to report state of master data health across the company
• Serves as the technical expert on Trianz projects focused on Analytics and Cloud data centric master data management projects.
• Works directly with clients to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solution.
• Judges the tradeoffs with technology and feasibility and makes choices that fit the constraints of the project.
• Designs and implements business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications.
• Produces data models solutions meeting 100 percent of technical specifications and business requirements according to the established designs.
• Proactive and diligent in identifying and communicating scope, design, development issues and recommending potential solutions.
• Creates, refines or extends the enterprise data model within the scope of the business requirements.
• Creates conceptual data models including categories, subject areas, key entities and entity relationships conforming to the applicable data standards within the scope of the business requirements.
• Creates logical data models that extend and attribute the conceptual models to an appropriate level of detail, along with accompanying documentation in conformance with the applicable data standards to meet the business requirements.
• Creates physical data models and validates existing physical data models of data sources and targets within the scope of the technical specifications and business requirements.
• Conducts data model reviews.
• Participates in data integration and database design reviews.
• Helps builds consensus around the data models with the client and developers.
• Very strong consulting and communication skills working with people of various experiences and background as well as client and other vendor type resources.
• Strong client and team relationship management to understand personal perspectives and become a trusted advisor to the client
• Strong team relationship management to understand direction and assist in resolving technical issues
• Ability to successfully manage onshore and offshore technical teams to successfully implement the required solution
• Experience managing client and vendor experiences to execution with a track record towards success
