Hardware Engineer

We are is seeking a highly motivated individual to create leading edge RF payload systems. Our systems provide state of the art capabilities to our customers in the most demanding environments. In this role your responsibilities will range from major subsystems to complete products. Responsibilities:Full spectrum product development (concept, design, implementation, test, production, and support).Work with other engineering teams including software, DSP, and FPGA engineers to implement product solutions.Work with project managers to ensure technical, cost, and schedule performance is achieved.Qualifications:Proficient in component level digital circuit design.Experience with DDR4, PCIe, and 10Gbps Ethernet designBroad hardware design background including power supplies, analog circuits, digital systems, and interconnect.Experience with signal integrity simulation tools (Hyperlynx, ADS, HFSS)Proven project and team leaderFamiliar with schematic capture and PCB layout tools.Hands on approach to system integration and debug.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to write technical documentationAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security ClearanceDesired Skills:Experience with high reliability RF aerospace payloads Experience with Xilinx RFSoC FPGAsExperience with 10Gbps Ethernet SwitchesCurrent TS/SCI clearanceExperience using version control and configuration management systemsEducation: BSEE/MSEETypical experience: 5+ years
