Need and GC.Candidates photo ID IS MANDATORY FOR ALL CANDIDATES EVEN CITIZENS.NO OPT OR CPT ALLOWED.Job Description: SAP CRM Techno-Functional ConsultantLocation: Burbank, CA Rate :Open C2CExperienced Techno Functional CRM consultant to support highly knowledgeable client-Experience in implementing, coding and configuring large scale, complex applications with specialization in SAP CRM-Hands on experience in SAP CRM Industry Specific IPM Module, preferably in the entertainment industry.-Hands on experience in development of complex applications across multiple business functions using a variety of technologies, with a focus on application development and maintenance.-Hands on experience in Functional business processes configurations and end to end testing-Expert experience developing with SAP CRM WebUI and Data Model-Fiori development experience-Workflow development experience-Hana Modelling experience-SAP security pertaining to UI/Portal screens-Strong understanding of CRM db tables/settypes linkages to provide SQVI reports to client-Must be able to troubleshoot complex IDOC Interfaces, Reports, UI/Portal/backend, CRM middleware, BW/BO reporting-Master Data Management pertaining to IP and BP-Ability to coordinate with Non SAP and Middleware Teams-Experience in system upgrades - Backend and Portals and needs to perform functional testing and sanity checks-Strong knowledge and practical application of the software development life cycle (SDLC), with industry standard best practice methodologies.-Experience with customizing existing business functions to accommodate specific user requirements.-Ability to continuously improve processes-Should be able to perform wholistic impact analysis Must be able to work independently, work with users to understand, troubleshoot and resolve business issues-Knowledge of ticket management tool - Incident and change management-Must be able to work flexible hours when necessary - onshore/offshore coordination
