Application/Database Support Analyst

Client located in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a Remote Application/Database Support Analyst for a direct hire position. This person needs to be local to Colorado, but will only be expected to come onsite about twice per month. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, performing data discovery/integration/validation, and configuring internal SaaS-based applications. You will work closely with the IT team to assist in research, analysis, documentation, and resolution of system issues. Products you will be supporting are utilized in the public safety sector and will help save lives.Required:-Application and database support experience-Understanding of relational database principles-Familiarity with SQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, JSON, ODBC connectivity, and various data file types-Excellent customer service skillsDesired:- ESRI ArcGIS/open-source geospatial data applications- Data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI Compri values diversity and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
