RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Program Manager I in Stamford, CT.Key Tasks: Program Manager I will identify deep business insights related to Company Mobile's churn, return, and contact rates then take action on the insights to create value; Share these insights with the organization by creating strong PowerPoint presentations that help tell a story for executive audiences to make decisions Program Managers strengthen relationships with cross-functional teams to help collaborate on insights and advocate for initiatives related to our strategic customer and employee experience programs Further explore and provide analysis in both Excel and PowerPoint regarding early indicators of customer friction to drive initiatives that could help us retain and delight customers to generate a higher customer lifetime value As a Program Manager, you will work cross-functionally to identify and drive initiatives that would support cross-selling and upselling to improve key metricsREQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of experience in project management support role Advanced in use of Excel including pivot tables, graphing, etc. Ability to synthesize ideas into concepts and industry frameworks (e.g. LBGUPS, SWOT, 5 Forces, etc.) Knowledge of customer insight analytics technology/software and customer experience reporting metrics/approaches Telecom industry experience preferred in addition to STEM, Business Analytics, and Digital Marketing Extra points for a working knowledge of Tableau and MicroStrategyKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
