Maintenance Mechanic

Wilderness Express, LLC is looking for the right candidate to fit in to our maintenance team. Responsible for maintaining and repairing passenger railcars for a local Alaskan tour company. Good troubleshooting and repair skills and the ability to get along with coworkers is a must. Must possess full set of hand tools and have a clean driving record. Our mechanic's work a couple 2 week shifts in Fairbanks during the summer tourism season to work on our railcar fleet when it overnights there. If you like to work on a wide variety of components gaining experience and knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pneumatics, and diesel engines then this is the job for you. This is a full-time year around position with competitive pay and benefits.
