-ROLES, SKILLS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage various inbound and outbound calls in self-motivated manner with pleasant attitude

Experiences in multi-line phones, technology proficiency, and strong problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to follow tasks through to completion

Ability to work independently and exercise judgement in regular and unique situations

Schedule and follow up all incoming and outgoing courier drivers to ensure customer satisfaction

-REQUIERMENTS:

A Bachelor's degree in logistics, business or related fields

3 - 5 years experience in courier, logistics or trucking companies

Must have customer service skills that will exceed our client's expectations

HOURS OF OPERATION - MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8-5

SALARY - $40,000 ANUALLY AND BONUS PACKAGE BASED ON PERFORMANCE AVAILABLE!
