Project Manager

We are looking for

• The Contract Lifecycle Project Manager will lead the implementation of a new 3rd party CLM tool across the client enterprise.
• This resource will be responsible for the engagement and delivery across multiple legal divisions, including setting expectations, building and managing project plans, and supporting change.

• Engage with a broad range of Operations & Technology and Legal business users to drive business requirements, analyze data and processes, and create work products that lead to the implementation of technical solutions and user adoption.
• Serve as the escalation point for the day-to-day operational activities across the CLM landscape of applications and integrations utilized by the business.
• Manage 3rd party vendor for support and configuration issues outlined in the statement of works.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders and the business community to provide status updates and drive decisions.
• Manage the prioritization and execution of enhancements in conjunction with the Rights Program initiatives.
• Leads the implementation development and enhancement activities throughout all phases of the CLM onboarding process lifecycle.
• Help identify, plan, prioritize and assign CLM project and support requests for the Enterprise Rights portfolio.
• Build and manage relationships with supporting IT teams within the matrixed organization to effectively deliver work products to production.
• Review and approve the deliverables from these teams, providing feedback and expertise to ensure high quality work product.
• Partner and collaborative with the Enterprise Rights Team – and broader Technology organizations to make improvements and resolve issues in support of the business.
• Provide scope and estimates, and review proposals and statements of work as needed.
• Understand IT industry and trends, emerging technologies and use them as needed to achieve project objectives.
• Become Subject Matter Expert for implementing a Contract Lifecycle Management system in a media technology enterprise.
• Provide technical ownership and representation for projects per the Client governance guidelines and methodologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management using Agile methodologies.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an IT functional role delivering work products for medium to large scale projects and applications.
• PMP Certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to utilize technology to create innovative solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with implementing contract management system(s).
• Extensive experience gathering and documenting functional user requirements with a strong knowledge of structured IT analysis methodologies, including process flow definition and data flow diagrams.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Microstrategy, PowerBI.
• Familiar with databases, relational and unstructured, SQL.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
