Project Services Project Manager - JR

Location: San Francisco, CA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Services Project Manager with experience working with Agile teams in a dynamic environmentThis job will have the following responsibilities:

• This project coordination role will support program and project management on large initiatives through the following activities.
• Manage project documentation in SharePoint and Confluence
• Produce project financials; track resource allocations and actuals; assist with managing forecasts, reconciliation to actuals, and invoice processing
• Calendar and plan logistics for meetings and workshops
• Facilitate project meetings and collaboration with Scrum Teams and stakeholders
• Publish meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, track risks and issues
• Assist with the tracking of business and technical deliverables and keeping the project plan up to date
• Assist with the creation and consolidation of PowerPoint presentations for leadership

• 1 to 3 years of commensurate experience
• Aptitude with financial data, attention to detail. Background experience in the financial services industry
• Experience with and understanding of various software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum
• Project management experience with emphasis on software development and business process redesign, including knowledge of technical environments
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
