Pianeta Restaurant in Downtown Truckee is hiring for a full time Sous Chef. We are a great restaurant to work with in North Tahoe Truckee, a cornerstone of the vibrant Truckee dinning scene. This is a full time salary position.
Knowledge with pasta and Italian Cuisine a plus. Great Opportunity to cook in one of the best restaurant in Truckee.
Applicant must be passionate about cooking Italian food with a desire to work hard, learn every day, and a strong devotion to making the best food.
Salary and benefits is offered and depending on experience, it is extremely competitive for a Sous Chef in the Greater Tahoe/Reno area. Additional generous Tips and Bi-weekly Bonus are also a part of pay.
