Inland Empire Contracting LLC is looking for employees with experience in carpentry/construction.
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ Years Experience in carpentry/ construction, including experience as a lead
Ability to work alongside a small crew
Physically fit and able to lift
RELIABLE
No drug/alcohol abuse problems
Not afraid of heights
Have reliable transportation

HOURS: Mon-Fri start time 6-7am (based on job), 8+ hr days
SCOPE OF WORK: We do a little bit of everything; door/window installation, remodels, decks, framing, roofing.you name it
PAY: Starting pay is $30/hr for the first week regardless of experience; based on demonstrated skill and ability can renegotiate pay after 1st week (have hired countless guys who don't know half of what they say they do). I give regular bonuses for diligent work; I work next to you and know how hard it is so I reward employees who are reliable can work hard.
