SHIFT MANAGERS

As a Taco Bell Shift Manager, your duties will include: supporting the General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards, taking ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others, making sure Team Member complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner, and also ensuring that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions:

High School Diploma or GED. College or University Degree preferred

1-3 years supervisory experience in food service (prefer fast food industry)

Basic personal computer literacy

Must be at least 18 years old

Must pass background check criteria

Must have driver’s license and reliable transportation

Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
