Seeking a Technical Recruiter with passion & drive to recruit strong technical talent across the Dallas Metroplex. This recruiter will work with our clients to help fill their open engineering positions with the right candidates. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to get their feet wet in the explosive tech scene that is here in Dallas. You will be able to grow a successful placement portfolio with the support of a dedicated team. I know what you're thinking

What does a Tech Recruiter actually do?
  • Target new candidates & clients using Motion's market research & sourcing programs. (Paid 90 day training program where you get to learn step by step the lays of the land)
  • Open new client accounts using the positive foundation of Motion's brand & reputation.
  • Build strong & valuable relationships with the candidates & clients leveraging the collective information pool & deep expertise of the dedicated local market team working alongside of you.
  • Facilitate positive interview processes for each candidate & client from start (which is sourcing) to finish (which is the candidate being hired).
  • Connect with the tech community on the daily via our recommended networking channels AND you get to participate in "Tech in Motion," which is our proprietary meetup series through community events.
  • A starting base salary with merit-based raises throughout the first year with clear milestones to hit to get commissions & unlimited income potential.

What are the qualifications?
  • Formal recruiting experience is preferred but is not a requirement. All other types of professional business experience will be considered.
  • The ideal applicant must however be a people person. This job is a lot of teamwork, leading, influencing those around you, solving problems & building relationships.
  • Our most successful recruiters have excellent communication skills & are highly ambitious, hard-working, & goal-driven individuals looking for a career in sales.
  • You should be comfortable with talking on the phone- developing leads, pitching opportunities to candidates, acquiring new relationships with clients.
  • A 4-year college degree or honorable discharge from the military is required for this role.
