As a key leader within this organization, the Senior Process Architect is responsible for Delivering digital transformation results by managing a team of customer-facing Process Architects and also serving as the lead Process Architect on a project-by-project basis. Success within this role will be measured upon digital benefits delivered and cost to deliver them. The Senior Process Architect will understand the needs of the business, capabilities of digital products, and will groom and prioritize the digital backlog to ensure maximum ROI is delivered to digital customers; defining and supporting continuous improvement of the methodologies, processes, and tools used to deliver digital transformation at Maximus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Process Architects that enable digital transformation benefits to customers through the on-time and on-budget delivery of digital solutions to our customers
  • Partner with team customers to identify new digital transformation opportunities and quantifying benefit potential
  • Create and maintaining a prioritized backlog of digital transformation opportunities
  • Manage resource forecasting and budgeting for the Process Architect team
  • Interact with senior management to report on progress towards achieving team goals
  • Establish standards for the methodologies, processes, and tools used to identify and design digital transformation opportunities and seeking opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Document business requirements for to-be-automated processes
  • Quantify benefit potential and using ROI analysis to aid in project approval and prioritization
  • Serve as the point of coordination between the technical delivery team (to ensure they understand the Product Backlog) and the customer (to ensure delivery maps to their priorities)
  • Create plans for and conducting/supporting user acceptance testing and change management
  • Provide project management services to ensure all stakeholders understand the financial and delivery status of the project and contribute to risk identification and mitigation

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science, User Experience, Informatics, or Industrial Engineering field of study preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of managing and coaching a team preferably of RPA developers and process architects
  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in RPA or related field required
  • Collaborating with internal or external customers to identify digital transformation and/or process re-engineering opportunities
  • Managing the relationship with the customer from inception to delivery
  • Managing a team to deliver quantifiable value to an organization through the execution of multiple digital transformation and/or process improvement projects at any given time
  • Identifying and implementing the methodologies, tools, and processes to execute a team's scope of work
  • Defining requirements for and contributing to the effort to deliver software
  • Operating in a dynamic environment where the need to adjust to new and changing priorities is required
  • Conducting business process analysis and/or process improvement which includes eliciting and creating business requirements deliverables, quantifying benefit potential, and conducting change management planning
  • Using process modeling and visualization tools (such as MS-Visio or other) to create diagrams to capture simple to complex business processes
  • Interacting with all levels of the business, from entry level up to directors and C-level leadership
  • Curiosity to learn about new businesses and industries, and ability to quickly grasp and make effective use of industry and company specific terminology
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills and leadership
  • Ability to summarize and convey information to stakeholders and sponsors
  • Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
  • Ability to influence others both within and outside of immediate team to achieve results
  • Ability to travel as required up to 50%. Given the dynamic nature
  • Preferred skills and Experience:
  • Delivering within an agile framework
  • Using process automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega, or Appian .
