The WorkSmart project is in the final weeks before HCM go live. The ERP project manager will oversee post go live activities and ensure the proper documentation and tracking of issues and problems so that resolution can be achieved. The ERP project manager will also work with the Phase 2 Fin PM to ensure Phase 2 of the WorkSmart project continues to move forward to an eventual 3rd quarter 2022 implementation.

Project Manager:
  • At least 5 years of demonstrable large project Project Management Experience
  • Demonstrable Workday implementation project experience
  • Have HR/Finance experience and knowledge
  • Proficient in the tools that support project management
  • PMP certification desired

Day-to-day:
  • Working with Workday, create a project plan for the project
  • Monitor project tasks according to the project plan
  • Evaluate deliverable for completeness and acceptance
  • Create and maintain risk/issue log
  • Provide project status updates to governance committees
