POSITION SUMMARY Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a Workday Integrations Analyst to assist in creating and maintaining the technical integrations between providers, internal systems, and Alterra's Workday HRIS platform. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

General Responsibilities
  • Provide integration and related workflow solutions within the guidelines of the integration team's request procedures.
  • Follow the standards and best practices established for the integration process.
  • Participate in needs assessments: analyze current data and identify opportunities for improved system functionality and accuracy.
  • Perform testing on integrations during Workday releases.
  • Architect, build and test Workday integrations.
  • Ability to work on multiple parallel projects using organizational and time management techniques to successfully complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Answer all inquiries in a timely basis.
  • Suggest improvements and proactively address issues.
  • Demonstrate knowledge about the technology and participate in training and development activities to keep abreast of current trends and practices.
  • Follow quality standards for own work.
  • Complete assigned tasks in prescribed timelines consistent with deliverables, and ask for support and direction as appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
  • Minimum 4 years experience in systems integration with Bachelor's degree or 3 years experience in systems integrations with advanced degree.
  • 3+ years experience in Workday in Integrations (building of, maintenance)
  • Experience building software integrations in a SAAS environment
  • Experience participating in technical and cross functional projects
  • Experience implementing Workday
  • Prefer professional experience developing OOP languages, such as Java, Python, .NET, and Ruby
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while responding with a sense of urgency to immediate needs participates as part of a team
  • Highly analytical, with strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated competency in documenting solutions for both technical and functional audiences.
  • Experience with testing, including definition and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite of products
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple tasks in a complex and fast changing environment
  • Self-motivated and directed with the ability to learn quickly
  • Able to multi-task and concurrently manage multiple tasks
  • Able to work independently
  • Team oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to drive results

  • Workday Calculated fields and Integration systems security

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • 3 -5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, Information Technology or similarly applicable field
  • Minimum of 3+ years in an HRIS Technical Analyst role or other technical integration roles will be considered.
  • Experience in technical integration management in an enterprise environment.
The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc. salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc.'s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits. Denver area base salary range: $85,000 - $128,000 per year
