APPLY HERE: Please send a resume to Nick at: nmithun@apexsystems.com Contract Pay Rate: $43 - $49/hr Perm Pay Rate: $90,000 - $100,000 Location: Chesapeake, VA / Chantilly, VA / REMOTE Contract length: 6 Month Contract to Permanent-Hire Target Skills Sets (Not All Required): - AWS or Azure exp (1-2 years minimum) - Software apps background - Security/infrastructure - Data analytics/DBA exp - Infrastructure as code exp/automation exp -cloud formation templates -Unix/Linux -scripting exp -python or yaml type language exposure Job Description: -Ability to automate infrastructure -Understanding DOD compliance process pieces -Ability to design solutions for patching servers and automating the process What You'll Get to Do:

  • Assess, architect/design, plan, install, document, maintain, and troubleshoot complex cloud-based platforms in commercial public and private clouds
  • Provide input on governance and management of cloud environments spanning security impact levels of IL2 toIL6, ensuring that platforms
  • Meet the needs of customer and are structured to meet the security requirements of the given environment
  • Work with customer and other contract stakeholders to meet the cloud-based objectives in support of the mission
  • Assist with Azure, AWS, and virtual infrastructure deployment and management
  • Assist with Windows Server, AD, and Group Policy development
