Head Maintenance Technician

Property Management Company is seeking to hire a dedicated Head Building Maintenance Technician at an affordable senior apartment complex in Brewer's Hill.

The property includes 128 apartments and several common areas that require constant support and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing, electrical, building systems maintenance and as a supervisor of others. Duties will include common area cleaning, apartment service requests and troubleshooting as well as any other duties assigned by the Property Manager. We’re looking for someone who can take initiative, anticipate problems before they occur, and motivate staff. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with tenants, visitors, and other staff members.

This is a full-time, supervisory position. Compensation includes competitive pay, excellent benefits, Paid Time Off and possible housing. Relocation may be necessary.
