Role Summary:

The Corporate Print Specialist will oversee all printing, finishing, and distribution of work completed on printers. Observe equipment, report any production or mechanical problems, and perform maintenance on equipment. This position is currently located at our Todd Drive print center. We follow CDC guidelines that includes mask wearing, sanitizing procedures, and social distancing.

In this role you will:

- Perform set-up and operation of printing equipment, ensuring proper supplies are maintained.

- Meet and/or exceed quality control standards and procedures within department.

- Distribute completed printed work effectively and efficiently based on information from banner pages and/or Request for Service form.

- Perform routine maintenance as specified by equipment manufacturer and company standards.

- Monitor printing equipment for messages and react accordingly to directions from application procedures or WPS guidelines and standards.

- Assist supervisor in monitoring Corporate Print Center performance, maintaining operational logs, and other activities.

- Complete accurate reporting requirements when equipment or application systems perform abnormally.

- Schedule, process, and complete all finishing tasks; distribute completed work.

Work Environment – Print Center:

- Prolonged standing and walking for long periods, as well as physical exertion

- Ability to physically handle large paper rolls, printed reports, and lift/carry 75 lb. paper cartons.

- Work is performed in a large printing operational environment.

- Exposure to high level of noise and vibrations and moderate discomforts.

You need to have:

U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions. This role also requires a government background check process

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1 or more years of production or manufacturing experience

- Experience using a computer and software applications, such as Microsoft Office suite and manufacturing or production-based software

- Ability to physically handle large paper rolls, printed reports, and lift/carry 75 lb. paper cartons

- Prolonged standing and walking for long periods, as well as physical exertion
