Description: PROJECT: My team supports Client's private cloud offering and we need someone with strong technical skills to provide operation support for this platform and also help with to develop automation methodologies for infrastructure build and system management activities across platform. IDEAL BACKGROUND: Does not need to have a healthcare specific background. All we need someone with strong technical skill set. TOP REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 5+ years knowledge of Docker and Container platforms such as Kubernetes - Proficiency with one of the programming languages like Java, Python or Go (5+ years) - Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Linux operating system development What experience will set candidates apart from one another? Based on his/her experience and technical skill set and his/her experience being on - call in a 24x7 production environment. LOCATION: Remote Cannot provide sponsorship upon conversion. Implementing ideas using Opensource products in cloud environment to deliver highly available and scalable monitoring solution Build state of art stable and scalable monitoring solution for cloud platform like Kubernetes Be able to introduce, implement, and integrate Opensource projects and products to address the high standard of monitoring and auto-healing Design and operate secure monitoring solutions that provide availability and performance insight into Kubernetes Clusters, Operating Systems, applications, platforms, and network infrastructure Ensure reliability, availability, and scalability of Client's private cloud platform Collaborate with internal and external parties to transform high-level technical objectives into comprehensive technical requirements Formulate detailed network, storage, and compute design specifications for stable and secure computing operations in a dynamic cloud-based environment Make recommendations for improvements to security, scalability, manageability, and performance across a wide variety of network, storage, and compute technologies Develop automation methodologies for infrastructure build and system management activities across platforms and storage systems Drive improved Time to Value using automated, consistent, and self-documenting processes Help design self-healing solutions to help ensure the stability and security of our services, in addition to helping control costs. Automate monotonous tasks that would normally require human intervention Qualifications: - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
