Senior Product Designer

Job Description A very successful startup that is based out of Boston is looking for an experienced Product Designer to join their team. They develop a platform used by engineering teams to monitor team performance, how work is distributed and productivity to ensure realistic expectations are set (and employees are happy and not over-worked). They have tons of enterprise clients across the country and are very stable. In this role you will have the opportunity to focus on either the UI, UX, or both. They're seeking someone that wants to be involved in helping them build out their design team, can wear multiple hats, has experience working with engineers, and can help them build out a design system. You will have lots of opportunity to make major design decisions and ensure a positive user experience. You will have lots of opportunity for career growth and you will always have a say in this organization. Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of professional UI/UX/Product Design experience
• Data visualization and design system experience
• Startup experience
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment

• Experience working on products used by IT departments, engineers, or developers
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience with building prototypes, wireframes, user journeys, and doing user research
