- Facilitate Agile/Scrum activities and meetings including sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Responsible for guiding the development of an Agile team into an effective delivery unit with a sustainable cadence.
- Responsible for ensuring the team's process evolves within organizational guidelines and standards of practice.
- Manage the project lifecycle and work with cross-functional partners to oversee all phases of project completion.
- Track the day-to-day progress of project activity.
- Monitor and report project progress to all stakeholders.
- Create high-level, detailed schedules and timelines to ensure on-time iterative releases.
- Assist Product Owner with program, project, and product updates, as well as backlog grooming.
- Assist the team with implementing effective Agile disciplinary practices.
- Ensure cross-functional coordination.
- Manage the project lifecycle and work with cross-functional partners to oversee all phases of project completion.
- Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to get alignment on common business/end-customer/release goals.
- 5+ years of experience as Project Manager/Scrum Master with an understanding of software development and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience as a Scrum Master for one to three Scrum teams with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum processes and principles.
- Experience with product roadmaps and knowledge of future features to improve current stories.
- Must be a product advocate; able to describe the product, its value, how it works, how it is adopted, speak to upcoming changes, and tailor the information to the audience.
- Scrum Certification
- Knowledge of JIRA.
